Who?

Reward programmes for Royal Caribbean International’s loyalty reward programme called Club Royal. The programme is aimed at driving sales and reward travel agents throughout the UK.

What?

The motivation for travel agents was that everyone has a chance to be rewarded with an incentive trip. Members are awarded points for bookings and sharing content via social media. The more bookings and sharing content the more points and then they move up a leader board. We created brand identities and visual environments for the ‘Welcome to Miami and ‘Ride the Wave to Hong Kong’ programmes.
