Spice Time is a Birmingham-based family business supplying to food services, restaurants, takeaways and schools throughout the UK.
When we began working with Spice Time in 2016, the aim of the rebrand was to enhance the company profile, differentiate its offering and support the firm’s business growth activities. Getting to know the company inside out, we identified key strengths, notably the firm’s distinctive pedigree in terms of its experience, supported by the friendly engagement of their teams, with their readiness to go that extra mile to deliver the best quality products. These attributes underpin the brand identity.
It was clear that the Spice Time team is focused on helping turning ethnic food into a healthy success. The new identity picked up on the recognisable culinary herbs and spices and an Indian-inspired ornamental pattern that could be widely repeated. We also developed a colour palette informed by the ingredients, which brought variety and warmth to the wide product range.
